High protein crepes (pancakes)

Fortified recipe for elderly.

Ingredients:
(4 pancakes)

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 high protein cream vanilla (high protein supplement)
  • 2 teaspoon oil

Preparation:

  • Melt all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and homogeneous
  • The batter doesn’t need rest before cook

Baking:

  • Heat a lightly oiled frying pan
  • Pour the batter into the pan, using approximatively 1/4 of the batter for each crepe
  • Cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook another minute
