Muffins and apricot ice cream

Preparation time: 20min
Cooking time: 15min

Ingredients (8 people)

For 20 muffins
140g flour
120g butter
3 eggs
140g sugar
½ small bag of baking powder
50ml vanilla flavor milk-based drink high calorie and high protein

For ice cream
200ml water
8 tablespoon sugar
250g apricot flavor dessert cream high calorie and high protein


Beat the eggs with the sugar until pale preparation.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Blend again
Add the milk drink and then melted butter.
Pour batter into molds and bake during 10 min. Unmold and cool.

Ice Cream:
Prepare a syrup with sugar and boiling water. Cool the syrup.
Pour the cream dessert into a large bowl, add the syrup and mix all.
Pour this mixture into small cups and store in the fridge at least two hours. Tip: during freezing of the cream, regularly beat with a fork to prevent the formation of ice crystals.
