Plum clafoutis

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 200 g fresh plums
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 ounces (25 cl) whole milk
  • Butter


Pit the plums. In a bowl, pour the flour, sugar and vanilla sugar. Break eggs and mix with the flour and sugar. Add milk slowly to this mixture and beat well the whole. Stir plums and pour the mixture into a buttered dish. Bake in preheated oven (gas mark 6 -180 ° C) 20-25 min. Serve warm or cold.

Clafoutis is a traditional French dessert made by pouring a custard over fruit and baking it.
